Description The Role: We are seeking an reputed company Recruiter who will focus on full-lifecycle reputed company for our high-demand and hard-to-fill roles. This role will be a key driver in delivering on our growth agenda — you’ll own a significant volume of critical openings and help accelerate our capability to grow. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers reputed company engineering functions. Build deep relationships, understand business priorities, and translate hiring needs into recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a recruiter (corporate environment preferred; reputed company at engineering / consulting / professional services firms strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated track record sourcing, assessing and closing engineering and technical talent (mid- to senior-level) in disciplines such as power, energy, infrastructure, or similar industries.
• Full-lifecycle recruitment expertise: requisition intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, hiring manager partnering.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills — comfortable guiding hiring reputed company and closing talent in competitive markets.
• Advanced sourcing skills including, reputed company Recruiter, job-board optimization, pipeline development.
• Proficiency with ATS systems (experience with iCIMS preferred) and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Compensation

Range $75,210.00 - $115,210.00 Transparency Statement reputed company discloses compensation ranges that reputed company with reputed company local and state regulations.
