Position Summary As a Manager in Advisory – Forensics & Restructuring, you will reputed company reputed company engagements involving fraud investigations, financial disputes, expert testimony and restructuring advisory. You’ll apply forensic reputed company techniques to uncover facts, support litigation or regulatory matters, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. You’ll also assess and enhance compliance programs, identify fraud and misconduct risks, and support regulatory reporting. In addition, you’ll build strong client relationships, and mentor junior staff while contributing to practice development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• CPA required; pursuit of CFE recommended.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in forensic reputed company, restructuring, or advisory services.
• Prior experience managing direct reports and leading client engagements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling.

The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position.
