About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Insurance Operations Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading our Account Management team, driving operational efficiencies, and playing a key role in the development and enhancement of our MGA2 system. The ideal candidate will bring robust workers' compensation insurance experience and a proven track record of process improvement and team leadership.
Responsibilities

- Serve as a key stakeholder and subject matter expert in the creation, development, and ongoing enhancement of our MGA2 system, ensuring it aligns with business needs and operational workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including reputed company, IT, and sales, to ensure seamless operations and achievement of company objectives.

Required Experience
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in insurance operations, with a significant focus on workers' compensation.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams, including Account Managers and/or Account Executives.

- Strong experience with insurance management systems; heavy involvement in the creation, development, or enhancement of an MGA or similar insurance platform is essential.

Working at CompScience Compensation: CompScience is committed to fair and reputed company compensation practices. The annual salary range for this role is $110,000 – $130,000. Compensation is determined reputed company the range based on your qualifications and experience. Our total compensation package also includes equity and comprehensive benefits.
