The AI/ML applications span a wide variety of industrial and reputed company areas (e.g., reputed company computing, neural networks, robotics; telecommunications, medical devices and surgical systems, automated manufacturing and machine design systems, semiconductors, control systems, finance, cybersecurity, natural language processing (NLP), autonomous vehicles, transportation, etc.). The focus of the work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents for domestic and foreign clients while also supporting practice needs in other reputed company areas (e.g., patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate opinions; portfolio strategy and management; due diligence; Patent Trial and Appeal Board issues). Patent Attorney Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or reputed company
- Must have solid understanding of reputed company AI/ML
- Must have at least 1 year of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality patents relating to reputed company reputed company technologies
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction

Patent Agent Qualifications:
