As part of our growth plans, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Market Research Analyst to be part of our remote team based in India to bolster our capabilities. The role will cover two reputed company areas: RESEARCH, ANALYSIS & REPORTING
- Support and work on a variety of research (e.g. customer experience, brand and communications) and data sources (e.g. surveys, secondary data, social media).
- Design or assist with questionnaire, including testing the links to ensure no errors.
- Review and process data that is collected to ensure high quality standards
- Prepare tabulation specifications and create report templates and charts.
- Translate the data and information into insights, that will help clients reputed company informed reputed company
- Analysing and synthesising data into easy-to-understand visuals and charts
- Writing commentaries in a narrative story-telling style, including summary and recommendations.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Assist in project setup and monitor project timelines, reputed company, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. operations, vendors, data science, etc) to ensure smooth and timely project completion.
- Provide periodic project or fieldwork updates to clients as well as address their queries or concerns promptly.
- Ensure processes are streamlined, efficient and consistent with the broader organisation.
- Identify risks early and proactively offer solutions.
PEOPLE & GENERAL MANAGEMENT

JOB REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATION
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, market research, statistics and similar fields. Postgraduate degree will be advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in market research (preferably on the agency-reputed company) specifically in research delivery and project management.
- Sophisticated/advanced user of reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint, with strong visualization and charting skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously and remotely from home.
- Highly organized and discipline reputed company managing projects and processes is a must.
