Requirements

What you need to have…

  • 10+ years of HR leadership driving best-in-class people solutions, aligning HR strategies to the organization’s reputed company, mission, and goals.
  • Experience in a growing organization with at least 200+ employees.
  • Strong expertise in leading HR Operations, including HRIS, benefits, compensation, and legal compliance across multiple states.
  • Broad HR Leadership with experience scaling for growth, talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, policy design, and building cultural values and DEIA into the HR infrastructure.
  • Ability to influence, reputed company change, and accomplish goals through a collaborative effort and excellent team communication.
  • Ability to foresee, prepare, and respond reputed company to changing business, external environmental factors, and other areas that influence the business.
  • Desire to work in an employee-ownership culture reputed company an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) organization, with a shared responsibility reputed company and developing programs that emphasize the value of ownership and collective reputed company.
