As a Director, HR Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in helping us reputed company our business goals by developing and implementing people strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance. You'll partner with our business leaders to build and scale high-performing teams, and you'll be responsible for leading the execution of key talent and change initiatives across the organization.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Own the HR Business Partner team supporting Retail and Marketing

• Build and implement people strategies to deliver on business goals for reputed company and incoming client groups, aimed at driving a high-performing and highly engaged culture
• Facilitate the organizational design, change management, and long-range growth plans that optimize employee experience and retention
• Enhance and model HR standard methodologies for reputed company people processes

• *Essential Qualifications**

• 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced, high-reputed company-of-change environments

• 5+ years of experience developing a team of HR Business Partners
• Experience in HR partnership, with a preference for experience supporting a Retail and/or Marketing organization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) at reputed company levels of the business, including senior management
• Proven track record to influence and reputed company change with senior leaders in a scaling organization
• Ability to align people strategy with business goals and growth
• Ability to think and reputed company strategically and tactically
• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis

Our salary range for a Director, HR Business Partner position is $180,500.00 - $288,500.00, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits and perks, including:
