Position Overview We are looking for an reputed company AI Consultant to reputed company the strategic deployment of artificial intelligence across client-facing and internal BPO operations. This role will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for intelligent automation, designing tailored AI solutions, and guiding successful integration across teams and platforms. Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Opportunity Mapping

• Analyze business operations (customer service, back-office, data management, etc.) to uncover areas where AI and GenAI can add value.
• Create AI solution roadmaps that align with specific client goals such as cost reduction, service enhancement, and scalability.

Solution Design & Execution

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a reputed company technical field

• Proven ability to design and implement AI solutions such as chatbots, RPA, predictive analytics, and document automation
