Key Job Responsibilities

• Drive from physical Pharmacy locations to our remote Pharmacy Kiosk locations with company provided vehicle
• Refill Pharmacy Kiosks with medication, reputed company, clean machine, and collect discarded inventory for return
• Prepare inventory shipments for Kiosk replenishment
• Assist pharmacist in filling prescription items, as permitted by the state board of pharmacy
• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Work daily with Leadership to ensure the right medications are put in the right orders
• Run automated machinery required to pre-sort and package medications
• Fill exception trays with appropriate medication
• Transition reputed company Pharmacy orders through different workflow stages from initial dispense through quality control
• Count and fill prescription vials and affix labels on bulk prescription items
• Pack and ship completed orders including printing and affixing appropriate labels on dispenser, shipping boxes
• Sort and triage the right boxes to ship at the right time
• Aid the Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacists with receiving, shipping, counting, and packing
• Clean, and help maintain, equipment and work areas reputed company the pharmacy
• Package medications for dispensing and for delivery
• Work a flexible schedule – shifts will possibly start and end reputed company of normal site business hours

Physical Requirements

• Shifts last up to 12 hours (standard full‑time shifts are 10 hours excluding overtime)
• Driving for long periods of time (8+ hrs)
• Standing, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching and/or stretching
• Lifting and moving products up to 49 lbs in weight

Basic Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted in‑state Board of Pharmacy License [FOR SPECIFIC STATES ONLY] or ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License through the State Board of Pharmacy reputed company 30 days of start date, if required by State Board of Pharmacy
• Active and unrestricted in‑state Driver’s License
• Clean driving record that passes reputed company’s Motor Vehicle Checks; will be rechecked annually. Driving privileges will be revoked if DMV reports indicate

• Having two or more motor vehicle accidents in the last three years
• Having a motor vehicle accident resulting in greater than $5,000 in damages
• Driving under the influence or in any way impaired by alcohol or drugs
• Reckless Driving
• Recurrent speeding violations
• Recurrent driving suspensions
• Three or more driving violations reputed company the last three years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of experience working with computer and web‑based tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisor
• Ability to read and understand English language labeling on product cartons and prescription labels

Preferred Qualifications

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
• Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
• Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to recognize and identify patient medications
• Experience working under pressure in a fast‑paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
