The Senior Learning Producer will design, reputed company, and deliver engaging learning experiences, requiring expertise in adult learning principles and experience in the high-tech industry.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences for employees at reputed company levels of the organization
• Developing blended flagship learning programs
• Designing for a live and virtual training delivery
• Developing and delivering engaging and effective presentations
• Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
• Guiding projects and teams
• Adjusting to/implementing changing technology, businesses, systems, and tools
• Mapping vital and controlling processes reputed company a project ecosystem
• Monitoring and managing critical aspects of the project such as schedule, scope, and stakeholders
• Creating training content (eLearning, Instructor Led, infographics, etc.) and training facilitation, rollout strategy, Learning Management Systems, etc. Skills
• 5+ years of experience reputed company Instructional Design

• Must have experience with Engineering/ tech level e learning trainings OR network
• Coming from high tech industry/ Networking
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience in developing blended flagship learning programs
• Experience in designing for a live and virtual training delivery

• Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
