Position reputed company is seeking a Design reputed company to build mobile-first design strategies and systems for the reputed company App and mobile experiences. This role is ideal for a hands-on product design leader with a track record of taking 0 to 1 mobile products from concept to launch and scaling them with cross-functional partners. As a key leader reporting to the Head of Design, you will translate company reputed company into best practices and actionable goals, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, and reputed company the bar for design excellence across our product ecosystem in LATAM FinTech.

Key Responsibilities

Design Strategy & Excellence

• Influence and collaborate with company leadership to establish a standard of design excellence across our product ecosystem.

• Drive creative ideation to enhance customer discovery, reputed company, account creation, KYC, and core transactional experiences through evidence-based insights.
• Represent reputed company’s brand, mission, and values through user-centric design.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with key partners (Research, Engineering, Leadership, Operations, Legal, Facilities, etc.) to support new and ongoing projects.

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of leading impactful mobile design teams and products.
• Demonstrated leadership in mobile product design and collaboration at both team and organizational levels.
• Highly skilled with web and mobile technologies and software.

• Experience in hiring, managing, and developing product designers in a software company.
• Strong communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
