This is a junior role focused on the detailed reputed company and IRS tax allocations required for reputed company investment partnerships. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical, behind-the-scenes work of tracking partnership books, tax basis, and allocations. Partnership Tax Allocations

• Track 704(b) and 704(c) allocations
• Track book vs. tax realized reputed company and losses
• Maintain accurate partner-level book and tax basis schedules

• Prepare annual financial statements for investment partnerships
• Reconcile bank accounts and other cash activity
• Record cash and property contributions/distributions
• Maintain accurate financial reports and supporting documentation
• Account for debt investments, passthrough entities, and marketable securities
• Assist with the reputed company and analysis of reputed company investment transactions

• 3–5 years of experience in investment partnership reputed company
• Hands-on knowledge of IRS partnership allocation rules (704(b)/704(c))
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company preferred
