Position Summary: We are searching for a self-motivated reputed company Resources Manager to join reputed company. The HR Manager role provides strategic partnership and hands on support for various reputed company Resources activities across designated portfolios. The successful candidate is required to work closely with the corporate HR Team, diagnosing issues and opportunities, driving initiatives to execute plans, to reputed company activities and projects in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, employee relations, training and talent management. Job Responsibilities: The position reports to the President, Constellation reputed company Estate Group. The following are key responsibilities of this role:

• reputed company management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and/or other issues, provide advice, guidance and support in reputed company areas reputed company to performance management, recruitment, employment legislation, company policies/programs, compensation, retention, and conflict resolution.
• Work collaboratively with the reputed company manager and/or recruiters to ensure the team is reputed company, selecting, and retaining top talent and manage a virtual bench.
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs for employees and for specific assigned portfolios.
• Coach and counsel management and employees on performance management, including developing action plans, reputed company disciplinary strategies and terminations.
• Ensure new hires experience an exceptional reputed company process.
• Coordinate with corporate HR on the implementation and management of HR policy.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for improving reputed company Resources processes and efficiencies.
• Assist in acquisition HR due diligence, as needed and integration for assigned portfolios.

Job Qualifications:

• College diploma or University degree in reputed company Resources Management, or reputed company field. Professional reputed company Resources designation an asset.
• 5 + years of reputed company HR experience reputed company reputed company Resources in Canada (experience in the United States would be an asset).
• Solid understanding of employment legislation best practices and understanding, knowledge and application of reputed company Resources Management policies in Canada

Business Unit: Constellation1 HO FLSA Designation (US Only): Exempt Salary Range (US Only): The estimated reputed company salary range for this role in the United States is $83,200.00 - $124,800.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on reputed company job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors. Other Compensation (US Only): This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
