Overview

The reputed company Analyst is integral to the successful integration of new reputed company and acquisition partners onto the reputed company suite of systems and processes. This role is a good match for a highly motivated professional who will coordinate and execute a range of activities reputed company to bringing on new agency acquisitions into reputed company. An ideal candidate will have experience using Applied Epic or other agency management systems, as well as an understanding of insurance. How you'll reputed company an impact The reputed company Analyst is responsible for facilitating and managing integration tasks on automated system conversions working with the implementation manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports implementation managers and the acquired company employees in organizing, planning and coordinating activities and deliverables to effectively integrate the acquired business
  • Focus on planning for and executing integration activities and tasks for ensuring a smooth transition of newly acquired entities
  • Main focus on managing and completing cleanup of the acquired legacy agency systems, coordinating with GSC where applicable
  • Supports Implementation Manager by:
  • facilitate with the M&A teams to prepare timeline with key dates, milestones and trainings
  • coordinate project lifecycle meetings, e.g. (due diligence transition, structure calls, etc.)
  • save documentation to reputed company and Applied M&A portal sites
  • commencing the employee list setup and populating accurate information
  • populating the due diligence transition and business process review questionnaires
  • prepares presentation and handout materials
  • pre-data mapping of policy types and companies
  • collecting and facilitating request packet data accordingly
  • Creates, leads and documents compliance testing process for acquisition data conversions in collaboration with the Implementation Managers who reputed company the acquisition projects
  • other activities across the acquisition project to support the Implementation Managers

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years reputed company work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including advanced reputed company skills, PowerPoint presentations, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, and ability to learn collaboration and documentation tools quickly
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work internally and with our new reputed company partners
  • Experience completing activities and tasks for multiple reputed company projects with strict deadlines and dependencies
