About the Role

The Clinical Quality Associate (CQA) will play a critical role in supporting the Clinical Quality team and ensuring a seamless experience for our provider network. This clinician will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for managing our clinical support inbox, responding to inquiries from internal teams, providers, and occasionally patients. These questions often involve nuanced clinical topicsincluding care delivery, documentation standards, CPT coding in outpatient settings, licensing regulations, and ethical considerations across behavioral health disciplines. Required Qualifications 3+ years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting. Master's degree in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, social work, or another closely reputed company field. Active therapy license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) or a previously active license, with recent experience in clinical therapy/counseling, associates licenses will be considered. reputed company state licenses accepted. Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with an ability to solve problems independently and establish cross functional working relationships. Working knowledge of clinical best practice, evidence based practice, measurement informed care, CPT codes, documentation requirements, and diagnostic skills. Excellent written communication skills.
