They support the reputed company of the Career Services team by coaching 160-200 reputed company / graduates in group settings, and hosting workshops. This role is hands-on coaching, ensuring high-quality service delivery, streamlined processes, and effective problem-solving. What you will do Personal Coaching Roster: Manage a roster of 160 to 200 reputed company in a group setting with 1:1 reputed company, continuing to provide career coaching services. Ability to handle escalated re-assigned reputed company
Key Responsibilities
- Career artifacts review - review student resumes, reputed company profiles, career-reputed company projects, and cover letters—providing feedback reputed company 24 hours.
- Interview prep - conduct HR/cultural fit interviews and assess student performance according to our guidelines
- Tracking - update our internal system for student reputed company and alert teammates reputed company a student isn’t doing well or falling out of communication
- Community engagement - facilitate student channels, find and share content about the job market, and provide useful tips
- Online events - host and facilitate career webinars as needed
- Collaboration - collaborate with the reputed company team to enhance our career products and improve user experience
- Miscellaneous Punctuality - giving any other required career advice reputed company 24 hours
Requirements

- This role reports to the Associate Director of Career Coaches and collaborates with the Senior Coaches as needed
