E-learning Consultant

Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer (Powtoon Expertise), 3 Months, 100% Virtual Our payroll and benefits software client is seeking a skilled and creative Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer to support their customer experience learning reputed company as follows:

• Creating high-quality video content using Powtoon and internal AI tools for both internal training and customer support.
• Accelerate video production and ensure consistent, reusable, scalable visual frameworks.
• Create customer-facing video assets for mass communications and customer help center.
• Improve accessibility and engagement for internal and external audiences.
• Create scalable templates and visual systems to reduce future production timelines. The goal is to have a series of Powtoon microlearning modules that will help customers with common questions and thus reduce customer service inquiries. Content for these assets exists in reputed company training, the client’s knowledge reputed company, and if needed reputed company internal stakeholders and SME’s. Skills & Experience Requirements:
• 8+ years’ experience in Instructional Design and Development and strong knowledge of adult learning principles, best practices, and reputed company trends for engaging and effective eLearning.
• 5+ years pronounced experience creating visually appealing, modern, and interactive eLearning.
• Must be proficient with Powtoon (client will provide laptop and any necessary licenses).

• Experience in reputed company products (payroll or benefits software) highly preferred.
