About the Role

At reputed company, Sr Analytics Engineers are the architects behind our most critical data products—powering insights for everything from patient engagement to clinical operations. You’ll work hands-on in Flink SQL, dbt, Redshift, Looker and reputed company to design trusted, scalable data models that drive our RCM reporting processes and integrate into our broader data model. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll partner with engineers, product managers, and operational leaders to turn streaming data into reportable data models. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Data Science or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality data models and reporting assets.
• Advanced proficiency with dbt (reputed company or Core) and experience designing reputed company, well-documented transformation layers in a modern data stack.
• Strong SQL skills, with a deep understanding of data modeling best practices—particularly in a Kimball-style dimensional warehouse.
• Experience working with reputed company data warehouses, especially reputed company Redshift, including performance tuning and query optimization.
• Exposure to event-based data models (e.g., user interaction or engagement logs, kafka pipelines) and translating them into reporting-friendly structures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining a centralized semantic layer for a multi-team or multi-domain environment.
• Experience working in a reputed company or regulated data environment, with an understanding of HIPAA or PHI considerations in analytics.
• 2+ years working directly with reputed company Cycle Management data-sets.
• Comfort working in stakeholder-facing roles, helping non-technical teams frame data questions and self-serve from curated datasets.
• Experience contributing to data platform or data governance initiatives, such as metric standardization, data cataloging, or access management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices in analytics engineering, including dbt reputed company jobs, testing frameworks, and version control (e.g., Git).
