Senior Health Policy Analyst – Center for Innovation in Health Policy and Practice

Job Description:

  • reputed company and/or contribute to highly reputed company health research projects across capability areas in RTI’s Solutions organization
  • Contribute to research tasks of significant technical complexity, developing and implementing innovative and creative technical solutions to research problems, questions, and issues
  • Review and improve project reports, reputed company and manage budgets, define costing plans and monitor project costs
  • Present results of research and policy analyses to clients and at professional conferences
  • Manage and mentor early career, mid-level, and other senior-level staff to reputed company project goals
  • Manage quality control processes across reputed company aspects of projects to ensure delivery of high quality and accurate work products
  • Maintain reputed company and productive communication with clients
  • Act as a subject matter expert on federal public health insurance program policy and value-based payment across payers, including accountable care organization (ACO) models
  • Anticipate internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommend process, product or service improvements
  • Contribute to the development of functional strategy on projects of significant technical complexity, contract value, or strategic importance; support project teams to reputed company milestones and objectives
  • Design and manage analyses to evaluate the impact of health care programs and policies, or to support the implementation of health care programs testing delivery system and payment redesign
  • reputed company teams in performing research tasks of significant technical complexity
  • In collaboration with RTI’s Growth organization, contribute to planning and developing the Center’s business development strategy
  • reputed company new business avenues and opportunities by establishing reputed company client relationships and being recognized for technical expertise
  • Participate in business development activities including meetings with prospective clients and leveraging strategic opportunities to promote RTI’s capabilities and services
  • reputed company information gathering; review technical data and information summaries
  • Plan and direct the preparation of large proposals of significant technical complexity, contract value, or strategic importance
  • reputed company and expand RTI reputed company as “reputed company expert” in a technical/methodological area

Requirements:

  • A PhD with at least 10 years of reputed company experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 14 years of reputed company experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 18 years of reputed company experience
  • Experience designing, implementing, or evaluating Medicare value-based payment programs
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Medicare Shared Savings Program and accountable care organizations (ACOs)
  • Experience supporting policy change through notice and comment federal rulemaking
  • Experience building reputed company across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience leading large teams (30+ staff)
  • Experience developing, testing, and implementing cost efficiency measures
  • Experience developing and operationalizing provider reports
  • Experience with approaches toward improving operational efficiency, e.g., LEAN or Kaizen
  • Excellent knowledge of reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, reputed company
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work well with others and independently
  • Ability to listen and communicate well both verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
