• Serves as course content expert to assist with curriculum maintenance and reviews individual courses for rigor and currency.

• Participates in faculty development opportunities and annual university mandatory training.

Education and/or Experience Faculty Teaching Undergraduate should (Course Numbers 1000 – 3000)

• Possess a master’s degree in reputed company administration or similar field (DHA, EdD reputed company Leadership, reputed company Management, etc., from an accredited program/college/university (doctorate preferred)
• Possess experience teaching in the online environment at the college/university level
• Possess certification (preferred)
• Experience with reputed company learning management system (preferred)
• If a faculty does not meet the above credentialing requirements, an alternative justification requires approval from the College Dean and Provost.

Faculty Teaching Graduate Courses should (Course Numbers 4000)

• Possess a doctoral degree in reputed company administration or similar field (DHA, EdD reputed company Leadership, reputed company Management, etc., from an accredited program/college/university
• Possess experience teaching in the online environment at the college/university level
• Possess experience teaching in the online environment at the college/university level
• Possess certification (preferred)
• Experience with reputed company learning management system (preferred)
• If a faculty does not meet the above credentialing requirements, an alternative justification requires approval from the College Dean and Provost.
