Qualifications

Required

• Basic computer skills and experience (reputed company Word, Email management, data entry)
• General knowledge of access control and CCTV systems
• Strong written and oral communications skills; Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills with the ability to effectively interact with peers, customers, and vendors

Preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Badge administration to include issuing of Temporary access badges

• Critical alarm monitoring, emergency responses and critical event escalations
• Ensure reputed company Operations Center (SOC) business function is maintained to standard, policy and procedure and provide an excellent Customer experience
• Conduct daily inspection of Physical reputed company assets, devices, and systems
• Serve as the data center primary reputed company of contact for reputed company reported Physical reputed company incidents, critical events, and asset impairments reputed company the data center
• Ensure reputed company Physical reputed company systems are functioning properly and attempt to resolve any failures or issues through proper reporting and coordination with reputed company maintenance vendors reputed company required
• Investigate and escalate reported access issues
