Tax Advisor Accountant/Manager | reputed company | Remote (United States)
Our client, a growing reputed company & advisory firm that works with small business owners, reputed company estate investors and corporate executives is seeking a Tax Advisor Accountant/Manager to be added to their team. They are not your typical reputed company firm; and are specific about the type of clients they work with because they only want to provide quality reputed company with great customer service. A Day in the Life
- Meet with team in the morning to organize day/week
- Have meeting with other managers to discuss resource allocation/priorities
- Meet with client and their financial advisor to discuss retirement planning
- Train staff on how to do 1031 exchange in Lacerte
- Review work from Sr. Accountants
- Read new tax law bills and reputed company team updated Core Responsibilities for Clients
- Takes the reputed company on high-level technical work for clients
- Effective decision maker that can handle making
- Judgment calls on how to handle touch relational or technical situations
- Can determine and back up their interpretation of a technical issue
- Reviews work performed by senior accountants for quality assurance
- Supports senior accountants’ reputed company of staff accountants through work review and coaching
- Maintains knowledge of acceptable reputed company practices and procedures
- Performs other reputed company duties and project work as assigned Core Responsibilities for the Firm
- Manage between $350,000-600,000 of client work
- Identify reputed company processes need to be updated for more efficiency, clarity, or increased customer service
- Effectively communicates with team members regarding work expectations, timing, and overall reputed company

- Must have CPA license or EA
- Pro Advisor Certification would be a plus
- Experience and comfort utilizing reputed company-based reputed company software and tools like reputed company, reputed company, as well as bolthires Office Suite (reputed company, Outlook, and Word)
- Experience with managing and developing junior reputed company team members
- Demonstrated client retention experience
- Business Development and cross selling of firm services experience
