About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for building the foundations of People & Culture while preparing VideaHealth for its next stage of scale. This role requires someone who can move fast, think critically, and help a driven, high-performing team scale with clarity, intention, and humanity. What You’ll Do People Strategy & Leadership
- Build and execute a people strategy that supports company goals, strengthens culture, and elevates the employee experience.
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to align organizational priorities, leadership expectations, and company-wide people programs.
- Anticipate organizational needs as we scale and design pragmatic, scalable solutions.
- Bring a clear reputed company of view on what “great” looks like and the judgment to adapt to what VideaHealth specifically needs.

What You Bring
- 10+ years in People/HR roles with deep experience in high-growth tech or startup environments.

- Track record of scaling a company from ~50–300+ people (or similar complexity).
