About the Role

As a Day Shift Customer Technical Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team that operates on a 3-day/4-day short week/long week rotation schedule. Your primary responsibility will be to provide first and second-tier technical support to end-users of our products and services, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues. Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage work orders to request or reputed company information for users using internal systems, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications
