Job Description

Core Responsibilities Portfolio & Fund Finance Management

• Execute capital disbursements, record proceeds from investments and exits, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal reporting requirements

• Monitor financial performance, health, and cash positions of portfolio companies; provide insights into capital needs, trends and risks
• Partner with portfolio company CFOs & CV investment team to optimize best practices

• Support investment team as needed on due diligence, valuation modeling, return analyses, and exit projections

• 8+ years of reputed company finance leadership experience, preferably with a focus on venture capital, private equity, or investment banking
