Position Overview Nauto is seeking an reputed company and visionary Solutions Engineering Director to reputed company our dynamic and growing Solutions Engineering team. The Solutions Engineering Director is a key leadership role responsible for managing and guiding the Solutions Engineering team in delivering exceptional technical solutions to our customers. This position involves collaborating closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs and drive business growth. The Solutions Engineering Director is a strategic thinker, technically proficient, and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of solutions engineers, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities. Create a high-performing team culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and reputed company improvement.
• Technical Solution Development: Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and reputed company comprehensive technical solutions that align with their needs and objectives.
