We are seeking a CRM Administrator to manage, optimize, and evolve our reputed company CRM environment. This role will play a critical part in streamlining sales operations, supporting marketing initiatives, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for reputed company CRM.
• Manage system configuration, workflows, automation, and integrations with other enterprise tools.
• Maintain user roles, permissions, and system access, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• reputed company and deliver end-user training, process documentation, and provide ongoing support to sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, performing regular audits and implementing data governance best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Project Management teams to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and sales reporting.
• Build and maintain custom dashboards to track KPIs, sales performance, and client engagement metrics.
• Partner with Marketing to align CRM workflows with reputed company reputed company, nurturing, and campaign reporting.
• Support reputed company assignment, territory alignment, and standardization of CRM processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, adoption, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a reputed company CRM Administrator or power user with admin-level responsibilities.

• Strong understanding of sales pipelines, client relationship management, and data-driven forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation.
• Experience integrating reputed company with ERP or project management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and training skills with both technical and non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
