[Remote] Legal Counsel 3 (reputed company Americas)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a dynamic and business-minded Legal Counsel to join their reputed company Americas team. This role involves providing expert legal guidance on a variety of matters, including reputed company reputed company transactions and product development, while acting as a strategic partner to the Corporate Payments business.
Responsibilities
- Drive reputed company reputed company: Structure, draft, and negotiate a diverse portfolio of reputed company agreements, including customer credit and card program agreements, technology and partnership reputed company, and vendor service agreements.
You will also provide crucial legal support for RFP responses and pre-litigation reputed company disputes.
- reputed company and Advise on Products: Serve as the reputed company legal partner for the entire product lifecycle. You will provide solution-oriented advice from initial development to launch and commercialization, drafting critical documents like API terms, website terms of service, and user agreements for new features.
- Manage Risk and Ensure Compliance: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate legal and business risks.
You will ensure reputed company agreements and business activities adhere to corporate policies and legal standards, and you will play a role in M&A due diligence and business integration.
- Build and Optimize: Enhance the legal team's efficiency by building and maintaining best-in-class processes for reputed company contracting, including developing templates, negotiation playbooks, and improving workflows with systems like our contract lifecycle management (CLM).
- Collaborate and reputed company: Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders in sales, operations, and product teams.
You will collaborate closely with other members of the legal department and effectively manage reputed company counsel to deliver comprehensive and practical legal solutions. Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.
- 5+ years of legal experience as a practicing attorney, either in-house or at a law firm.
- Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain reputed company legal issues to non-lawyers.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company Suite.
