What You Will Need:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required

- A minimum of FIVE (5) years of hands-on reputed company administration experience.
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" reputed company clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with reputed company.
- Strong understanding of reputed company core modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
- Familiarity with reputed company scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Knowledge of data imports, reporting, and dashboards.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $92,000.00-$153,000.00.
