About the Job

As a Director, Client Experience Partner reputed company, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of arenaflex's global network of customer support centers, working closely with our help partners (BPOs) to ensure their quality meets arenaflex's standards, including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). You will report directly to arenaflex's Senior Director, Client Experience Partner reputed company, and will be based in one of our main offices or work remotely with the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits
