Job Summary

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, work closely with our Inward Body Shop, and support the Approved Impact Program. Key Responsibilities
* Work planning support: Collaborate with our Inward Body Shop to ensure seamless execution of the Approved Impact Program.
- Client communication and coordination: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Vehicle appearance arrangement: Coordinate with our Body Shop to ensure vehicles are restored to their original appearance.
- Rental coordination and hand off: Arrange for rentals and ensure a smooth transition for clients.
- Vehicle announcements: Communicate with clients regarding vehicle status and any necessary updates.
- Material and supplies reordering: Reorder materials and supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Fix survey and conveyance: Conduct surveys and ensure the safe conveyance of vehicles.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., crash repair, customer service, business administration).
