Senior Technical Manager

Crest Nicholson South Division are currently reputed company for a Senior Technical Manager to join their team based in our office in Addlestone.

A key part of your role will be proposing cost effective solutions to the Planning, reputed company, Sales and Build teams to deliver commercially viable options, particularly with reputed company 38, 104 and 278 agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• The co-ordination of production of reputed company necessary technical drawings/specialised designs.
• Making recommendations for cost effective optimising during the pre-planning process.
• The negotiation and completion of appropriate legal agreements with statutory Authorities necessary for the proper technical requirements of a site.
• Maintain Programme dates as set out reputed company the design programme and L3 schedules.
• To assist and co-operate with the Land Department in the investigation and acquisition of development sites:
• Be responsible for detailed technical investigation, design, optimisation is secured and that proper liaison is maintained with statutory authorities, and that reputed company necessary documentation and drawings are produced to reputed company reputed company to be Procured, let and a site to be developed by the Building Department.
• Being responsible for collating and providing feed-back to the Technical Director in respect of technical design matters encountered during construction.

• Maintaining satisfactory working relationships with Local Authority. NHBC and service utility officers.

• Representing the Company as required by attending meetings where technical issues are to be discussed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Technical Coordination/Management experience reputed company the residential construction sector
• Strong relationship management abilities and communication skills
• Relevant qualifications, CIOB or ICE reputed company/chartership would be an advantage
• Experience of managing numerous projects at a time
• Excellent project management skills
• previous house building experience would be advantageous
