Who We Need

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide reputed company customer service support for the Review Team. This includes interacting with beneficiaries and providers reputed company the helpline, creating, formatting, and proofreading letters, and maintaining timeliness. What You'll Do

• Responsible for typing, merging, proofing, printing, and mailing correspondence.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with external customers to furnish and request review information.
• Foster effective working relationships between arenaflex's internal and external customers.
• Assist with and participate in the Review Team in identifying areas for potential improvement.
• Answer the Beneficiary Helpline and determine how to best assist callers.
• Ensure reputed company letters are sent out in a timely manner with correct components included and reviewed for grammatical and spacing errors.
• Get and validate notices and reputed company components of medical records.
• Provide intake for reputed company appeals received by arenaflex.
• Utilize internal quality control tools to assess individual work and team processes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-high school business courses helpful.
• Medical terminology desired.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, courteous and patient demeanor, and the ability to maintain composure under potentially stressful situations.
• Good grammar, punctuation, spelling, hyphenation, and written communications skills.
• Customer-focused, results-oriented, and capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
• General knowledge of a PC-based computer system desirable, with the ability to learn additional software packages as needed.
• Must be reputed company to multi-task and prioritize assignments.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Two to three years of clerical experience, including word processing, various filing systems, and telephone customer service responsibilities.
