Job Summary

As a remote customer support representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer contacts reputed company phone, email, and text message. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time, seasonal opportunity that runs from March to October, with the possibility of year-round work for exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a large volume of incoming calls, emails, and/or text messages

• Identify and assess customers' needs to reputed company customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools
• Meet personal contact handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional experiences

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, verbal and/or written

• Comfortable working with a computer and adapting to new technology
• Ability to adapt/respond to different character types and situations
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Reliable high-speed internet reputed company with a minimum 5 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload
• Windows computer capable of running multiple (5+) Chrome tabs without slowdown
• Headset compatible with computer
• Quiet work environment free from distractions
• Available to work weekends, with busiest times on Saturday afternoons, Sunday mornings, and Monday mornings (12 PM to 5 PM Eastern Saturday afternoons, 9 AM to 1 PM Eastern Sunday and Monday mornings)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

• Satisfactory results on completion of reputed company's Basic Computer Skills assessment
• Completion of the Customer Service assessment is a plus, but not required
