Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
