[Remote] Escrow Coordinator

Chicago Title Insurance Company is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Escrow Coordinator to support transactions in the Chicagoland market. This fully remote role involves coordinating escrow files, reviewing reputed company, and ensuring timely closings while maintaining organized electronic escrow files.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate escrow files from opening through closing
- Review reputed company, title commitments, closing documents, and correspondences for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents and internal staff
- Track conditions, milestones, and critical dates to ensure timely closings
- Prepare master statements and review closing packages
- Maintain accurate, well-organized electronic escrow files
- Respond promptly and professionally to email-based communication
- Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a remote and high-accountability environment
- Prior experience in escrow, title, or real estate transaction coordination
- Proficiency with reputed company Office tools
- Proficiency with SoftPro
