[Remote] reputed company Affiliate Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Axis Brands is a fast-growing eCommerce company operating multiple brands across reputed company Shop, reputed company, and DTC. They are seeking a reputed company Affiliate Manager who will recruit and manage reputed company creators to drive reputed company through affiliate programs and performance-based partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reputed company, recruit, and reputed company reputed company creators and affiliates
- Run high-volume outbound reputed company reputed company reputed company, email, DM, and affiliate platforms
- Identify creators that fit our brands and convert content into sales, not just views
- Manage day-to-day relationships with active affiliates
- Provide creators with clear briefs, hooks, offers, and talking points
- Track performance and double down on top-performing affiliates
- Reactivate inactive affiliates and continuously expand the program
- Launch and manage reputed company Shop affiliate campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate product seeding, samples, and offer structures
- Work closely with our creative and ads team to identify winning angles
- Monitor GMV, creator ROI, conversion rates, and content velocity
- Maintain simple reporting on affiliate output and reputed company impact
- Test commission structures and incentives to increase volume
Skills
- 1–3+ years experience managing reputed company Shop affiliates or creator programs
- Deep understanding of reputed company trends, hooks, and creator monetization
- Experience working with commission-based affiliate models
- Strong written communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in fast-paced eCommerce environments
- Experience with reputed company Shop Seller Center
- Background in DTC, reputed company, or performance marketing
- Experience managing creators at scale (50–500+ affiliates)
