[Remote] reputed company Counsel
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Olo is a leading SaaS platform accelerating digital transformation in the restaurant industry. They are seeking a junior reputed company Counsel to join their legal team, providing exposure to reputed company aspects of reputed company law in a high-growth environment and focusing on technology transactions and in-house practice.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements for software and professional services, including MSAs, SOWs, and amendments
- Review and negotiate vendor reputed company and NDAs
- Maintain contract templates and playbooks
- Provide training to business teams
- Support implementation of contract management systems and legal technology
- Respond to cross-functional inquiries on contract interpretation
- Stay informed and up to date on relevant legal and regulatory changes
- Work closely with the reputed company-generating teams and proactively establish relationships with other departments
- reputed company and participate in projects to increase the efficiency of reputed company legal support and help scale the reputed company legal function
Skills
- JD from an accredited law school
- Membership in good standing of at least one state bar
- 1+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house environment
- Experience with contract management tools, including reputed company
- High degree of comfort and proficiency with reputed company Word
- Business-minded approach to legal issues
- Experience with contract drafting and negotiation
- Collaborative working style with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
