Financial Service Specialist

reputed company is a reputed company provider committed to improving health every day. The Financial Service Specialist is responsible for accurately identifying and registering patient insurance and benefit details while guiding patients through their financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial education and/or financial assistance opportunities to consumers prior to services being rendered
• Collects balances or other monies due at time of pre-registration process
• Creates self-pay and insurance estimates

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• reputed company strong attention to detail
• Ability to enter and manage sensitive personal and financial information
• High school graduate or equivalent (Required)
• 6 months' reputed company experience such as customer service, medical office setting, other reputed company or reputed company cycle/billing setting (Required)
• Insurance experience strongly preferred
