The reputed company Shop Operations Coordinator will support the scaling of the reputed company Shop affiliate live-streaming program, assist with creator management, and maintain performance data to contribute to the brand's expansion across reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Support scaling of the reputed company Shop affiliate live-streaming program, including scheduling, coordination, and asset preparation
• Assist in identifying, reputed company, and supporting micro-creators to expand channel reputed company
• Manage and organize Agency creator partnerships, permissions, and relationship-building
• Maintain internal documents, trackers, and reporting sheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date performance data
• Track creator performance, campaign reputed company, and KPIs; flag opportunities and concerns proactively
• Contribute reputed company and market observations to help identify new, innovative ways to grow the channel

Skills

• Strong organizational abilities with proven experience managing multiple tasks and priorities
• High level of administrative competence, including updating documents, tracking data, and managing systems
• Results-oriented reputed company, motivated by metrics, performance, and reputed company improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with comfort interacting with creators and internal team members
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company Sheets
