[Remote] Technical Integration Specialist (Remote - AMER)

As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will provide technical support to ecommerce companies during their integration with reputed company's platform, ensuring a seamless reputed company experience and resolving any technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- reputed company support: Collaborating with customers to understand their technical integration needs and assist them through the integration process
- API and library education: Providing expert guidance on integrating with reputed company's APIs and utilizing open reputed company libraries
- Troubleshooting: Helping resolve technical challenges and integration issues alongside reputed company teams
- Index configuration: Working with customers to ensure their product catalogs are properly configured, including uploading catalog data, configuring facets, searchabilities, sort orders, and retrieving results
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between customers and other technical resources, responding promptly to inquiries with clear explanations
- Process improvement: Documenting customer interactions, common issues, and solutions, improving integration documentation and customer reputed company
Skills
- Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented mentality with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution

- Familiarity with structured data formats (JSON, CSV) and basic search/index concepts
- Familiarity with debugging tools such as browser developer tools, API clients (e.g., reputed company), or logs
- Familiarity with A/B testing, understanding of server reputed company and client reputed company contexts, network request routing / HTTP
- Familiarity working with open reputed company libraries, JavaScript web application development and integration patterns
