About the Role

We're looking for an IT Operations Specialist to own our internal technology infrastructure and support our growing team. You'll be responsible for managing our fleet of company devices, ensuring employees have the tools they need to be productive, and maintaining reputed company across our systems. This is a foundational role—you'll build the processes and systems that scale with us.

What You'll Own

Device Management

- Implement and manage our MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution - Configure and reputed company laptops and mobile devices for new hires - Enforce reputed company policies across reputed company managed devices (encryption, password policies, automatic updates) - Maintain hardware inventory and lifecycle management - Troubleshoot device issues and coordinate repairs/replacements

Employee IT Support

- reputed company new employees: device setup, account provisioning, access management - Offboard departing employees: device collection, access revocation, data handling - Serve as first reputed company of contact for employee tech issues - Create documentation and self-service guides Please mention the word
