As a Member Services Representative, you'll be part of the Payments and Digital Strategy team in the arenaflex Credit Union, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless transactions.

• Complete data access and balancing tasks to ensure accurate financial records
• Coordinate return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assist various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company standard ledger balancing
• Work on member cases/assignments, following established guidelines and procedures
• Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from contributors for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to process reputed company transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer regulations
• Deposit reputed company returns, review member draft changes, process member checks, verify contributors for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

### Essential Qualifications

• High school degree or GED
• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• Skilled in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, Access, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
• Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
• Ability to reputed company mathematical calculations and review data
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure
• Ability to cross-train and reputed company any position assigned reputed company the department
• Ability to interact professionally with reputed company personnel and contributors
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision

### Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer/member service experience
• Previous banking or Credit Union experience
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
