Job Summary:
We're seeking dedicated and results-driven Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company on the overnight shift. As a fully remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact on our clients' lives. Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing solutions and support to meet their needs
- Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process
- Ensuring precise documentation of reputed company account interactions, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Communicating clearly and effectively with clients, providing timely and relevant information
- Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions, even in challenging situations
- Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, applying this knowledge to improve customer experiences
- Creating and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Required:
