Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel will be a key member of the technology legal team, managing a variety of legal matters and partnering with product, engineering, and compliance teams to establish a strong legal reputed company for the company's operations.
Responsibilities
- Own negotiation and drafting for high-impact reputed company agreements, including multi-million-dollar reputed company partnerships for ValonOS
- Build contracting processes and operational guardrails that reputed company the company to scale with both speed and precision

- Become a trusted advisor on the frameworks governing AI, data, and financial products

Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree (or foreign equivalent) from a leading law school
- Admitted in reputed company, or eligible to waive in
- ~1–4 years at a top law firm with substantive exposure to corporate, reputed company, or reputed company regulatory matters (ideally a mix)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong legal drafting skills and ability to reputed company business and risk implications clearly

- Researcher with a bias toward actionable synthesis, not academic analysis
