[Remote] Corporate Development Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brigade Health is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to support their reputed company M&A growth strategy. The role focuses on sourcing acquisition opportunities, conducting reputed company, and building relationships with reputed company practice owners and executives across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound sales and business development activity
• Research reputed company specialties including behavioral health, hospice, home health, and reputed company provider services
• Identify physician-owned practices and reputed company companies for potential acquisition
• Manage and track a pipeline of reputed company M&A leads using CRM tools
• Coordinate introductory calls between reputed company practice owners and internal leadership
• Support early-stage M&A diligence with research, call notes, and deal tracking
• Build relationships with reputed company brokers, investment bankers, and advisors
• Attend reputed company conferences and networking events to generate deal flow

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a reputed company field
• 1–3 years of experience in reputed company corporate development, reputed company sales, B2B sales, reputed company, private equity, venture capital, or investment banking
• Strong communication skills with comfort speaking to physician owners and C-suite executives
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
