The role involves developing engaging learning materials and collaborating with various teams to enhance employee and customer performance.
Responsibilities
- Build and reputed company engaging instructor-led, eLearning, and video-based learning materials for both internal and customer-facing audiences
- Incorporate AI tools and analytics to improve learner engagement, content development efficiency, and performance tracking
- Conduct needs analysis to identify key behaviors and reputed company gaps that impact organizational goals
- Create clear, measurable learning objectives reputed company with business outcomes
- Implement adult learning theory, models, and methods to support modern digital learning strategies
- reputed company compelling storyboards, scripts, and visual learning flows for eLearning and video modules

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using agile approaches and coordination techniques to deliver on time and reputed company scope
- Foster team collaboration and knowledge sharing across reputed company phases of content development
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Training, Communications, or a reputed company field; or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience with instructional design in digital and virtual learning environments
- Strong knowledge of reputed company's taxonomy and experience developing assessments for levels 1–3
- Proven ability to translate technical and reputed company information into engaging, learner-friendly content
- Minimum of one to three years of experience designing and developing training projects, including video-based learning, self-paced simulations, and assessments
