Account Executive Hospice
reputed company is a nationally recognized leader in home health and hospice care, seeking a Hospice Account Executive to reputed company in a performance-driven environment. The role involves educating reputed company and families about home care services, developing relationships with referral sources, and coordinating patient admissions to ensure high-quality end-of-life care.
Responsibilities
- Educates health care professionals, patients, and families about home care services
- Develops and maintains relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes and physician offices to generate leads
- Coordinates patient admissions with the team, including obtaining reputed company required documentation to complete referral to admission process
- Conducts on-site visits to assess patient needs and identify barriers to care
- Keeps accurate records of patient interactions and referrals
- Achieves admissions, product, and payor-mix goals
- Meets short and long-term reputed company account goals
- Documents the minimum expectation of sales calls daily in CRM (including pre and post call notes)
- Maintains a complete, up-to-date record of targeted referral sources in territory in CRM
- Attends community events to promote reputed company
- Responds to customer complaints in timely manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum one year experience in reputed company sales (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, home health, hospice, or long-term care, or reputed company reputed company business development/reputed company role)
- Strong background in cold calling and reputed company reputed company
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Reliable transportation, reputed company driver's license, and liability insurance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
