Business Analyst – Legal Operations (reputed company CLM Support) Remote, United States - Contract reputed company Global Corporation seeks to find the best and the brightest people – those who understand what it takes to deliver top-quality solutions for our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Legal Operations team during the implementation and ongoing deployment of reputed company Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). This role will play a key part in testing, change management, internal coordination, and ensuring a smooth adoption of the CLM platform across the organization. The ideal candidate has experience working in legal operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and hands-on exposure to CLM or other reputed company legal technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & System Support

• Support the Legal Operations team in the rollout and enhancement of the reputed company (CLM) platform.
• Participate in system configuration discussions and gather business requirements from legal and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), reputed company test cases, and track and validate defects. Change Management & Training
• reputed company and deliver change management communications, user guides, training decks, and process documentation.
• Facilitate training sessions, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing workshops for end users.
• Support adoption efforts by monitoring user feedback and assisting with issue resolution. Process Mapping & Optimization

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows reputed company reputed company CLM.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on new or updated processes. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as a liaison between Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, and other supporting business units.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates for internal stakeholders.

• Assist with data migration validation and ongoing data quality checks.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track system use, adoption, and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Legal Operations or reputed company business functions.
• Experience with reputed company CLM
• Strong understanding of contracting processes and legal workflows.
• Prior experience supporting technology implementations, including testing and change management.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
