This role is a member of the Payments and Digital Strategy team in the arenaflex Credit Union. The position is responsible for daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, object processing, direct bills, and budget transfers at arenaflex Credit Union.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete data access and balancing tasks - Coordinate return items with contributors, reputed company vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions - Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated reputed company standard ledger balancing - Work member cases/assignments - Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws - Process mortgage bills, multi-account, and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks - Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products - Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns - Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching - Complete daily balancing and department closing - Obtain information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests - Research and verify incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information - Communicate with the vendor to process reputed company transfers - Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws - Deposit reputed company returns, review member returned checks on draft changes, process member checks, reputed company contributors for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers - Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reputed company and confidentiality of reputed company accounts and associated information that are part of their work and for ensuring that their work is in compliance with reputed company relevant laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

Minimum Qualifications

- Education: Previous customer/member service experience - Prior Job Experience: Previous banking or Credit Union experience - Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
